Get started

A customer replies "I'll pay Friday" to a payment reminder. Another emails a dispute to ar@company.com. A third sends a remittance notice to the shared collections inbox. Three critical signals sit in an email client that no one's watching closely enough, with no system picking them up.

Someone spots the email, searches for the customer, copies the detail into the collections tool, and flags the right person. That's the best case. The worst case is that they're out sick and the email sits for a week while the promise expires and the cash doesn't come.

That ends today.

Introducing Centralized Inbox

Stuut now captures every inbound email that lands in your shared AR mailboxes, including payment promises, disputes, invoice requests, and out-of-business notices, and routes it to the right place automatically.

Inbound emails, auto-matched to customers, and uncertain matches route to triage.

The agent does the matching for you

When an email arrives, Stuut reads the message, identifies which customer it belongs to, and matches it with a confidence score. High-confidence matches flow straight into your existing workflows, while everything else lands in a triage workspace where collectors can review or assign in seconds. Every matched email also updates that customer's context inside Stuut, so your team always has the latest picture of where things stand.

Your collectors stay in one place

Once matched, inbound emails join the same task pipeline your team already uses. It's the same interface and the same workflows, with nothing new to learn. The only difference is that collectors stop context-switching between Stuut and their inbox, because the inbox is now inside Stuut.

The agent can actually close the loop

Stuut's agent could always send the right message at the right time, but when a customer replied, that reply was invisible. Now Stuut sees the full conversation with fresh context from every inbound email. That means smarter follow-ups, better timing, and decisions based on what the customer actually said, not what your team remembers from last week.

It's the difference between automation that talks and automation that listens.

Frequently asked questions  about DSO

Is a higher or lower DSO better?
Lower is better because it means cash reaches your account faster. A DSO of 35 days is better than 55 days if your payment terms are the same.
Does DSO include current AR?
Yes. DSO reflects the total dollar amount you're owed from outstanding invoices, including invoices that aren't yet due.
How does bad debt affect DSO?
Writing off bad debt reduces your AR balance, which artificially lowers DSO even though no cash was collected. Ensure your AR figure is net of bad debt reserves for accurate measurement.
Should I calculate DSO monthly or annually?
Both. Annual DSO tracks long-term trends, while monthly DSO helps you spot process problems quickly and take corrective action before they compound.
What's the difference between DSO and CEI?
DSO measures collection speed in days. CEI measures collection quality as a percentage. A company can have low DSO but poor CEI if they're writing off accounts aggressively.
Can I reduce DSO without upsetting customers?
Yes. Proactive communication before due dates, helpful reminders, and fast dispute resolution improve customer experience while accelerating payment.
