Collections Update

We started with collections. We’ve helped some of S&P 500’s most hard-working brands collect more than $1B to-date that would be late or otherwise unpaid. This matters. Our businesses have come out of the red, acquired new businesses with their savings, and it’s given CFOs real-time visibility into working capital and the ability to define and test collection strategies across your entire customer portfolio. Then measure the results, not just collect faster.

Today we enter a new, even more powerful era in true automation and close the loop on the entire order to cash process, and I want to share more. When you hear automation in AR, it mostly still means that humans are making decisions and handling the exceptions. Yes, there's autonomous parts and they do save hundreds of hours and millions of dollars, but there is so much in AR that remains manual and painful.

Why? The solutions didn't exist, the agent doesn't learn, the pieces feel disconnected, context isn’t there, classifications are wrong, human escalation feels constant, and AR is left babysitting the technology instead of setting strategy. The toolset has only enabled backward-looking questions, with no ability to see what's coming, address risk, get smarter, and handle before it becomes a problem.
