Zoominfo
Over $21.2M collected and time to first touch cut by more than 90%
ZoomInfo, a leading go-to-market intelligence platform serving thousands of B2B companies, had already built a mature collections operation on HighRadius and third-party collection agencies. Stuut took a different approach — acting as an AI coworker that executed the repetitive collections work itself, giving ZoomInfo a new way to operate without replacing its existing technology stack.

Proven Results That Matter
A mature operation with room to run leaner
ZoomInfo, a leading go-to-market intelligence platform serving thousands of B2B companies, had already built a mature collections operation on HighRadius and third-party collection agencies. Even with those tools in place, much of the work still fell to people. Collectors spent their days making outbound calls, sending repetitive emails, preparing accounts for agency placement, and prioritizing customers by hand.
The AI tools Alyssa Johnson evaluated across the market mostly layered onto those legacy workflows rather than taking on the work. Stuut took a different approach. It acted as an AI coworker that executed the repetitive collections work itself, giving ZoomInfo a new way to operate without replacing its existing technology stack.
25% ROI in 30 days, and a leaner team to show for it
The results came quickly. Within the first 30 days, ZoomInfo had recovered roughly 25% of its annual investment in Stuut by reducing its reliance on third-party collection agencies. Today first outreach on a past-due account happens far sooner, cutting time to first touch by more than 90% and contributing to over $21.2 million in collections on the invoices Stuut has worked.
As part of a broader AR transformation, the collections team moved from 43 to 33 employees through natural attrition and chose not to backfill those roles as automation expanded, with Stuut among the enabling technologies behind the added capacity. That freed collectors to focus on complex payment resolutions, improve the customer experience, and build more flexible payment options for SMB customers.
On the strength of those results, ZoomInfo signed a multi-year renewal and began rolling Stuut into its mid-market and enterprise collections operations.
