WHY TEAMS USE ASK STUUT

The answer, right next to the account

It knows what you're looking at.

Open a customer, invoice, or task and ask. The record attaches to your question automatically, so you never type an account name or invoice number. One click removes it.

Always clear what it's answering.

A context chip shows what each conversation is about. In past chats, click it to jump straight back to that customer, invoice, or task.

Fits the way you work.

Open it from the left nav as a side panel, full screen, pop-up, or floating window. Collectors get it as a tab inside every task, next to Communications, Invoices, and Attachments.

See it live

“We're collecting faster from the in-scope customers, our cash flow is improving, and our team has more time to focus on white gloves service for top customers. The platform handles the routine work so our people drive increased real business value."

Razvan Bratu

Head of Quote to Cash @ Honeywell

HOW IT WORKS

Open

Go to any customer, invoice, or task page and open Ask Stuut from the left nav. On task pages, it has its own tab.

Ask

Ask in plain English, like "What's overdue here and how late is it?" No need to name the customer. The page you're on is already attached.

Answer

Get the answer with the numbers behind it: open balances, aging, days past due, and recent outreach, down to the invoice number.

Act

Keep the answer in view while you work the account, follow up with suggested questions, and pick up any past chat with its context intact.

"Within the first 5 weeks after go-live, Stuut allowed us to redeploy about 60% of the headcount cost associated with the invoice-to-collections process and invoices aged over 60 days reduced by over 40% in the first 90 days."

FAQ

What is Ask Stuut?

Ask Stuut is the AI analyst built into Stuut. Ask questions about your receivables in plain English and get answers with the numbers behind them, down to the invoice number. No reports to build and no SQL.

How does Ask Stuut know which record I mean?

When you open Ask Stuut from a customer, invoice, or task page, that record attaches to your question automatically and shows as a context chip. Remove it with one click, or add it back any time.

Where do I find Ask Stuut?

At the bottom of the left nav, on any page. On customer and invoice pages it opens as a side panel so the data stays in view, and you can switch to full screen, pop-up, docked, or floating. Inside Tasks, it has its own tab next to Communications, Invoices, and Attachments.

What kinds of questions can I ask?

Anything about your AR: what's overdue on this account and how late it is, the longest outstanding invoice, when you last contacted a customer, why a task was opened, or a quick summary of an invoice. Portfolio questions like total outstanding AR, aging by bucket, and DSO trends work too.

Is the data up to date?

Answers draw on your current receivables data in Stuut, not an old export, and tell you the date they're as of. The record on the page is always the source of truth for the latest numbers.

Do past chats keep their context?

Yes. Every conversation saves the records it was about, including chats that cover more than one customer, invoice, or task. Click a context chip in a past chat to jump back to that page.

Can Ask Stuut make mistakes?

It can. Every answer shows the figures and records it used, so you can check them against the page. For important decisions, verify on the record itself.

Who can use Ask Stuut?

Ask Stuut is live today for every Stuut customer. Open any customer, invoice, or task and look for Ask Stuut at the bottom of the left nav.
